The staff was professional and helpful. The on-site gym was a TRUE Delight. The bathroom was big, allowing me to open two big suitcases on the floor.
The self check-in computer was not intuitive to use. Every guest needed assistance. The beautiful double room's layout made it unusable because of a large chair and heavy round table. The pillows were FLAT as a pancake.

A Good Stay in Ginza

The hotel is in a great location for shopping. Three metro lines are nearby (it is really convenient!). The hotel provides a quiet escape from the city buzz. Ginza is well connected to public transport.
The staff was not super friendly or helpful . I arrived early and asked about early check-in (I was just told to come back at 3pm). I lost a card and had to pay 7 euro to replace it.

The location is fantastic. I found the main shopping street within easy walking distance. Several subway stations are also nearby. I liked the public bath. It was a nice addition to my stay.
